The Pradeep Koneru CSR Initiative plays a positive role in raising quality of life in Andhra Pradesh. The Pradeep Koneru CSR Initiative began in 2009.
The Pradeep Koneru CSR has been the driving force in raising the living standards among the 10 villages surrounding his company’s operations in Andhra Pradesh, India.
Successful implementations
The Pradeep Koneru initiative has pursued programs designed to:

> Pradeep Koneru ensure all 10 villages have streetlights, and increase the number of households with light bulbs
> Pradeep Koneru connect villages with roads
> Koneru offer health screenings through medical camps

Pradeep Koneru CSR One family one job
Pradeep Koneru Offer Job
The Pradeep Koneru CSR initiative is offering employment to one member of each family in the 10 villages surrounding the operations of Pradeep Koneru Trimex Sands Private Limited. Of the Pradeep Koneru Trimex Groups company’s 550 employees, 80 percent have been recruited from the local community, which always receives first preference in recruitment.
